The Real Estate Administrator is responsible for real estate administration, account management, and operation of the company's real estate portfolio, including lease administration for Bracknell equipment, database management, accounts payable, and audit services.
Responsibilities include:
- Tracking and ensuring compliance with lease contract terms and conditions, including recurring payments.
- Managing physical and database lease and contract files to maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
- Designing, preparing, and distributing monthly and quarterly reports, along with ad-hoc reports as needed.
- Analyzing office consumables and conducting audits to ensure proper charges are applied.
- Performing invoice scans and remittance to accounts payable.
- Maintaining accounts receivable records for subleases and initiating reimbursements.
- Reviewing and sending posts to correct recipients.
- Developing procedures to improve and streamline operations for UK locations.
- Coordinating with service providers and integrating corporate information into the portfolio database.
Experience:
- 1 year in portfolio, program, operations, vendor, design & construction, facility, or client relationship management; 3 years preferred.
Education:
- High School Degree or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Business or Accounting preferred.

- Knowledge of North American real estate standards, processes, policies, and best practices.
