Company Description

Seatrax UK manufactures new offshore cranes for the oil, gas, commercial and other industries. These cranes are used on applications worldwide and can range anywhere from 30 Ton to 600 Ton.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Department Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and documentation support to the Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams. This position is ideal for someone with excellent organizational skills, with a keen understanding of detail and preciseness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation, collection and maintenance of quality documentation, including inspection records, test reports, certificates, and audit findings
  • Assist in tracking non-conformances, corrective actions, and quality metrics
  • Maintain document control systems to ensure version control and traceability
  • Schedule internal audits, meetings, and reviews
  • Communicate with internal departments and suppliers regarding quality documentation
  • Assist in compiling Manufacturing Data Records (MDRs) and Quality Dossiers for client submission
  • Ensure filing and archiving of quality records is accurate and up to date

Requirements:

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Word and Excel); experience with quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work under pressure to deadlines
  • A proactive approach with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
