Administrator / Operations Assistant

Up to £30,000 + Bonus

London Bridge (4 Days Onsite / 1 Day WFH)

A growing and fast-paced property consultancy is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator / Operations Assistant to support their dynamic team of Surveyors, Valuers, and Senior Management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administrative foundation who is looking to grow and develop within a collaborative and professional environment.

The Role:

This is a varied and busy role where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams and clients, managing a wide range of administrative functions and helping to maintain the company’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Updating Excel spreadsheets and managing client folders with instruction documentation
  • Coordinating bookings and inspections between Surveyors, Valuers, and Clients
  • Managing and updating team diaries and schedules
  • Monitoring KPIs and reporting on upcoming deadlines or delays
  • Answering phone calls and relaying messages professionally
  • Formatting and preparing client-ready reports
  • Supporting with ad-hoc administrative tasks from senior leadership
  • Assisting in scheduling and posting social media content
  • Following up on internal and external queries efficiently
  • Maintaining organised folders and documentation to support audit readiness

Skills & Experience Required:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations-based role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Confident, professional phone manner
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and adjust priorities in a busy environment
  • Comfortable using digital tools, including basic social media platforms

Additional Information:

  • Permanent, full-time role
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm
  • Hybrid working: 4 days onsite (London Bridge), 1 day WFH
  • Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE
  • Benefits include 25 days annual leave and a discretionary bonus
