Nationwide - Remote based

£24,500 per annum + fantastic benefits

Full time - 37.5 hours per week

Shift times between 7am - 8pm

Working days to include occasional weekends

Role Overview

You will contribute to the provision of a high-quality service to Bupa Health Clinics & UK Insurance Customers, Clients, Partners, and Providers by working closely with operational staff members within Wellbeing Support Services at all levels.

You will be supporting Bupa EAP which is one of Europe’s leading providers of counselling services and Employee Assistance Programmes. Employee assistance programmes (EAP) are an employee benefit that provides teams with support and practical advice on issues that might be impacting their wellbeing and performance.

What you’ll do:

  1. Work alongside our inhouse Counsellors, Mental Wellbeing Practitioners, CBT Therapists, and Psychologists.
  2. Book clients in for Mental Health Appointments with our internal and external teams.
  3. Work several mailboxes to support clients, companies, and external 3rd parties with their queries.
  4. Update client files with personal data, noting any changes at any time.
  5. Input data manually and automatically via uploads.
  6. Process, audit, and check invoices received.
  7. Work with our 3rd parties to correct any invoicing queries.
  8. Make payments to our 3rd parties’ companies and therapists.
  9. Provide MI data to our companies when requested.
  10. Adhere to and demonstrate an up-to-date knowledge of Bupa’s products, policies, and procedures.
  11. Support other teams within our area.
  12. Work towards tight Service Level Agreements.

What you’ll bring:

  1. PC literate with good knowledge of Windows-based packages. Must have the ability to combine talking and typing skills.
  2. Adaptable and flexible with the ability to learn new skills and adapt to a changing environment.
  3. Experience or an interest in the healthcare industry or mental health.
  4. Strong, professional, and personal drive.
  5. Empathic, compassionate, and responsive.
  6. Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
  7. Ability to respond rapidly and decisively.
  8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  9. Proven experience of customer service.
