In this vital role, you'll be supporting our team with recruitment administration and ensuring compliance is maintained across the board. If you’re a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a busy environment, we’d love to hear from you! Come be part of a supportive team that values collaboration and efficiency.

Working Hours:

08:30-17:00 Mon-Thurs (30 min Lunch Break)
08:30-15:00 Fri (30 min Lunch Break)

Duties:

  • Answering phones and directing calls
  • Greeting visitors and handling general inquiries
  • Organising and maintaining physical and digital files
  • Drafting, editing, and formatting documents
  • Handling mail and emails
  • Ensuring office spaces are tidy and organised
  • Data entry and maintaining databases
What you will need?
  • Previous administration experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience/Knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Polite telephone manner
