They are seeking a talented administrator to join their team and play a key role in ensuring a positive student experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing professional and friendly administrative support to all users of the client’s services.
  • Supporting students throughout their journey, from prospective applicants to graduates.
  • Assisting with key events for students and barristers, facilitating networking and learning opportunities.
  • Ensuring finance processing, record-keeping, and operational activities meet high standards.

Ideal candidate:

  • At least one year of administrative experience in an office environment, preferably in higher or professional education.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage processes, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with scheduling, minute-taking, and tracking actions.
