Salary: £25,000- £26,000 per annum with excellent opportunities to progress

Working Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday with some Hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and legal teams.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Manage and maintain case files, both electronically and in hard copy.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring efficient communication.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and organise meetings.
Essential Criteria
  • Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role (legal experience desirable but not essential).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
