Working Pattern: Full-Time (Mon - Fri) - Permanent role

Vanrath are delighted to support a key client with the recruitment for an experienced and detail-focused Administrator to join a busy team on a full-time permanent basis. This role offers the chance to support core business functions through high-quality administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing general administrative support across multiple teams or departments
• Managing and updating internal databases and digital filing systems
• Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence as required
• Supporting meeting coordination including room bookings, agendas, and minute taking
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail and handling internal communications
• Assisting with procurement tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal processes

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Proven experience in a general administration role
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel)
• A proactive and professional approach to work
