A local insurance business in Belfast is seeking a temporary Administrator to support its team. The role involves accurate data entry, updating customer claims, and providing general office support. Required skills include strong IT capabilities, specifically in MS Word and Excel, along with a professional presentation. The hourly rate is £13.00, with flexible working hours of 9-1, three days per week.

Based in South Belfast, this role requires an immediate start and is perfect for someone who is keen to start work quickly within an established business.
The role of Administrator is focused around efficient and accurate data entry, updating customer claims and generally supporting the administrative process for the Partners/Advisors. You may be required to answer calls and assist with the general running of the office. Strong IT skills are required, however proficiency across MS Word/Excel is sufficient for this position. Full training on internal processes will be offered.
The right person for this role will have some demonstrable administrative experience and present professionally. All administrative backgrounds will be considered.
The package for this role contains an hourly rate of £13.00 per hour, with 9-1 working hours, 3 days per week. The days worked are flexible and can be arranged around the successful candidate and the needs of the business. The client supports a culture that facilitates flexibility where possible.
