A leading company in social housing is seeking an HR Administrative Support in Belfast. The role involves providing essential administrative assistance contributing to the Corporate Services Business Plan. Candidates should possess strong IT skills and relevant educational qualifications. In return, a range of employee benefits and flexible working hours are offered.
The postholder will provide administrative support for the core functions of the HR service, contributing to delivery of the Corporate Services Business Plan.
Location: Belfast/Holywood
This role has been assessed as suitable for hybrid / smart working, subject to an initial induction period.

To be shortlisted candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum:
OR
QCF Level II (previously NVQ) in Business Administration or equivalent relevant qualification.
AND
One years’ administrative experience working in a customer facing role, to deadlines, in line with organisational procedures.
2. Excellent IT literacy as demonstrated by at least a year’s work-related experience in use of Microsoft Office packages, to include word processing, email, databases, and spreadsheets.
3. Experience of electronic and manual record keeping in adherence with data protection regulations.
4. Experience of working with confidential, or sensitive information on behalf of an employing organisation.
