About the role

The PHSO are recruiting for an experienced administrator to join the team here in Manchester, working as part of a busy HR team reporting into a HR Business Partner. You will provide general admin support across all areas of the HR, People and Talent function, this role will have exposure to all generalist areas of HR, supporting an organisation or around 500 employees. You will work closely alongside the HR Officers, and Business Partners to help ensure HR operations runs smoothly. This is a varied role, so candidates need to be able to manage their own workload and work independently.

The successful candidate will work towards completing a level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship. You will demonstrate excellent organisational skills as well as attention to detail. Experience of handling high volumes of administrative work and managing competing priorities and deadlines is essential.
