Job description

An exciting position has arisen for a proactive, efficient, friendly, supportive administrator to join our experienced and hardworking community specialist nursing team, part of the wider Richmond Community Neuro Rehabilitation Team (CNRT).

About the Team

The nursing team includes specialist nurses for Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease, who manage a caseload of patients in Richmond, providing regular reviews from diagnosis through disease progression via home visits and outpatient appointments.

The team also features a Neurology nurse supporting stroke patients, and a Neuro Wellbeing nurse assisting those with mental health issues related to neurological conditions. Additionally, the service conducts group sessions for patients and carers focusing on education and self-management of long-term conditions.

Role Responsibilities

The post holder will provide comprehensive administrative support to the specialist nurses, including clerical duties such as patient bookings, facilitating group education sessions, and managing data and resources to ensure smooth service delivery.

Work Environment

The post requires on-site work to effectively support the nursing team and patients.
