Job description

The Role

Our client is seeking a full-time Financial Services Administrator to join their team. You will assist with client queries related to life assurance, pensions, and investments, liaise with product providers, and support day-to-day office administration.

The Business

Our client is a respected Financial Planning firm known for delivering tailored solutions and exceptional client care. The team takes pride in fostering long-term client relationships and providing high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist with client reviews, requests, and day-to-day queries.
  2. Screen calls, handle enquiries, and process new business applications.
  3. Prepare client review packs and manage illustration requests.
  4. Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  5. Stay updated on financial products and relevant legislation.

Requirements

  1. Previous experience in a Financial Advice firm is essential.
  2. Knowledge of pensions, ISAs, and investments.
  3. Have started or completed CII qualifications and progressing towards Level 4.
  4. Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Proficient in IT and office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
