Job description

We are seeking on behalf of our client a dynamic and organised Administrator and Engagement Officer to support and engage young adults aged 16-24. This role combines administrative excellence with the ability to build strong relationships, creating opportunities for young people to thrive. An enhanced DBS for Children & Adults is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support, including assistance with application forms and record keeping.
  2. Act as a first point of contact for young people, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment.
  3. Engage with young adults to understand their goals, challenges, and aspirations, signposting appropriate resources or opportunities.
