Job Title: Administrator / Digital Print Operator

A leading print group is looking for a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail to be based at one of their client’s sites in Glasgow, responsible for the full end-to-end process of each job.

This dual function role primarily involves administrative duties within the client's onsite printroom, including processing orders via the online system, estimating jobs, and coordinating production through the print room or partnered suppliers.

Additionally, the role includes providing backup support for the onsite printroom operator, involving printing, guillotine, folding, mailing, and benchwork. Training will be provided for these tasks.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and training in all procedures
  • Understand essential building and workplace services
  • Ensure accuracy in recording data and financial information
