Administrator Customer Service - Full Time

We are looking for an experienced Administrator/Customer Service Assistant to join our client site in Peterborough.

The rate of pay is £12.21 per hour.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, and the hours of work are:
- 9am to 5pm.

Candidates must possess enhanced Excel skills and substantial experience in customer service.

Your Time at Work

As an Administrator/Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for:

- Providing fleet administration support
- Proactively monitor the fleets to ensure efficiency through administration
- Annual budget trackers and actively forecasting aligned to brand planning, including purchase order management
- Work with other departments to ensure that cares are pushed through the operation quickly and effectively, including any repairs handled in a timely manner
- Providing support to the customer service manager with projects and other initiatives as required
- Working closely with brand KPI's
- Order and register vehicles for brands

- Must possess enhanced-level Excel skills and substantial experience in customer service
- Previous experience of data entry and admin duties (essential)
