Join our dynamic team as an Administrator in the heart of Bourne End, Buckinghamshire! We're looking for a dedicated professional to ensure our products and services meet the highest standards of quality. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of 30k to 35k, depending on your experience.

Key Responsibilities:


Oversee and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet ISO 9000:2015 standards.
Support management in maintaining accurate product quality records.
Implement and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as necessary.
Manage all QMS documentation, including version control and archiving.
Handle customer and supplier complaints, ensuring effective resolution.
Collaborate with suppliers to uphold high-quality standards.
Prepare for and manage audits for BSI, customers, and suppliers.
Conduct internal audits and complete customer surveys.
