Job Description:

The role holder will support service delivery to UK corporates under the supervision of the line manager. Responsibilities include understanding client portfolios, risk awareness, relationship management, and preparing statutory documents following internal processes.

The role also involves understanding company and fund structures, corporate governance, compliance principles, and supporting special projects like AGMs and corporate actions. It offers an opportunity for those with basic administration and company secretarial experience to develop their careers, with support to undertake the CGI qualification.

Main Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the London Company Secretarial and Governance Team.
  • Prepare board packs and support board and committee meetings, including record keeping.
  • Assist with statutory filings, client KYC and AML procedures, and office administration.
  • Support billing, cash collection, and other service delivery aspects.
  • Maintain good record keeping and comply with policies, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks to support the team, demonstrating good organizational skills and professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with risk, AML legislation, and CPD requirements.
  • Adhere to JTC's core values and standards.
