Internationally recognised in the field of metabolic disease, the Willink Biochemical Genetics Unit is a Regional Centre for the treatment and investigation of inborn errors of metabolism. The role involves coordinating patient appointments, communicating with families locally, nationally and internationally, and ensuring that the coordination of care is of paramount importance.
On joining the team, the successful candidate will be part of an experienced team committed to providing a high quality booking and scheduling service. The role requires attention to detail, organisation and prioritisation, and the ability to use initiative. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, flexibility and commitment to improving the patient experience.
