Do you pride at being an admin superstar? Come be a part of a pivotal team that serves our wider Plunket whānau. We’re seeking the support of a Permanent Full time Administrator (38 hours per week) in our Christchurch office.
Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
Our Administrators receive the referrals from midwives and other lead maternity carers, contact whānau to congratulate them on their new arrival and arrange their initial visits with our registered nurses. You will also manage our 0800 number, answering queries from the public about our services and rescheduling appointments. While this forms the bulk of the role, there is also some database and calendar management to ensure both our clients and staff know where they are going, who they are meeting and what to expect.
Working across multiple online systems will require you to have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills and the ability to move from one task to another with ease.
The hours of work are predominantly Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.36pm. There is some flexibility on offer for the right person around start and finish times.
In line with our pro equity journey, your ability to adapt your communication style to a variety of whānau will also help you to thrive in this role.
The salary band for this role is between $54, 933 ($27.80 per hour) - $59, 974 ($30.35 per hour) depending on experience
