Join Our Team as an Administrator! Are you an organised and proactive individual looking to make your mark in a dynamic construction environment? We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrator to support our Contract Managers on exciting projects.

Our organisation excels at providing highly durable and cost-effective roofing solutions, along with associated building and construction services for commercial and industrial premises.

Position: Administrator
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
Location: Bromley Common

Responsibilities
  • Collaborating closely with Contract Managers to support various project operations.
  • Preparing and managing purchase orders while effectively communicating with suppliers.
  • Assisting with basic accounting tasks, including invoice processing and cost tracking.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of materials.
  • Providing general administrative support across the team to help us achieve our goals.
Qualifications
  • A couple of years' experience in a similar administrative role.
