£12.58 per hour

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As our Administrator, your responsibilities include:

  1. Providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
  2. Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files and records.
  3. Managing calendars, appointments, and meetings.
  4. Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  5. Inputting and updating data in relevant systems.
  6. Responding to enquiries and directing them appropriately.
  7. Preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
  8. Assisting with basic financial tasks such as processing invoices and expenses.
  9. Preparing reports, documents, and presentations.
