Job description

Our client, a well-established and globally recognized company within the food industry, is seeking a temporary Administrator Assistant to join their welcoming team until next summer.

This position offers variety and great exposure to a top company and professionals. You will assist with various activities across the team, supporting meeting minutes, actions, admin tasks, validations, bookings, and ad hoc work.

Administrator Assistant Overview:

  • Support the preparation of internal food tastings, meetings, and change meetings, attending with the Head of Food & Chef team. Take notes, record actions, ensure attendance, and share outputs with relevant teams.
  • Buy product benchmarks and conduct tastings to assess food concepts, ensuring continuous development of best-in-class food.
  • Assist in tasting food over its shelf-life, from fresh to frozen, ensuring customer acceptance of quality at each stage.
  • Support the Head of Food in preparing and delivering professional food presentations, detailing recipes, ingredients, cooking methods, and key rationales for launches.
  • Support the team in key meetings by taking minutes, recording actions, writing reports, circulating to teams, and following up on actions.
  • Ensure product and sample bookings are completed accurately and on time for testing, submissions, and photoshoots.
  • Complete submission forms and paperwork for concepts in line with customer requirements.
  • Assist in creating handover documents for new food concepts and support the launch process as needed.
  • Help chefs with sample preparation and paperwork.
  • Conduct online research for benchmarking, creating tools and analysis.
  • Analyze products to generate reports and tables for review.
