In this role you will provide a comprehensive administration and secretarial service to our passionate, dedicated team.
You'll be the first point of contact for the team by telephone and email, these enquiries will be from both the public and healthcare professionals. Therefore, we are looking for an individual who has a polite and helpful manner, ensuring that information is recorded accurately and is confidentiality maintained.
This role offers variety, no two days are the same, and you will be working with a friendly supportive team.

To act as the first point of contact for the adult safeguarding team by telephone, for professionals and members of the public.
To take overall responsibility for the provision of a comprehensive, efficient and confidential secretarial, administrative co-ordination to the adult safeguarding team, using own initiative to problem solve and prioritise the urgency of work and to act on behalf of the team when appropriate and as required.
