Job description

Ex~I Flow Measurement is an electronics engineering company based near Arundel, West Sussex, with an international client base. We are looking for someone with experience of accounting and general company administration. The ability to drive will be essential as company is in rural location. Hybrid working will be possible, but we are not seeking a fully remote employee. Hours of work are negotiable, and we can consider working to fit around other commitments, such as school hours. Salary is dependent upon experience.

Duties:
1. Responsible for sales ledger, quotations, sales order processing, acknowledgements, chasing payments and customer records

2. Responsible for bought ledger, obtaining quotations, purchase order processing, progressing deliveries, supplier payments and supplier records

3. Responsible for all accounting entries into company software package

4. Responsible for producing standard reports from company software package

5. Entries and processing of Payroll Software including HMRC reporting (RTS)

6. Bank reconciliations and account management. VAT Returns
