Provide efficient and effective, customer focused support to Council Services, working on an individual basis or collaboratively as part of a team.

This position will cover the administrative tasks associated with Secondary School admin including but not exclusive to, staff cover arrangements, timetabling and school fund account management.

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.

Working pattern: Working hours will cover Monday to Friday, 6.5 hours per day which includes a 30 minute lunchbreak.

Fixed term, for a period not exceeding 03/07/2026.

This post is regulated work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check.
