Job description

We're looking for an experienced Administrator to join our North Northamptonshire Delivery Team based at Wellingborough Depot. In this role, you'll provide essential administrative support to the delivery team and Transport Manager, manage premises documentation, and manage all visitors to the depot.

Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire - remote working available with occasional office visits.

Hours: Permanent, full-time 35 hours per week - flexible hours available; let us know your preferences.

Salary: £24,479 per year + benefits. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

What will you be responsible for?

As an Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting our maintenance and delivery teams with accurate data entry and general administrative tasks.

Your day to day will include:

  • Managing meeting room bookings and inducting visitors to our premises.
  • Overseeing office consumables and assisting with premises management, ensuring documents and checks are up to date.
  • Supporting the admin team with data entry, managing data accurately, and transferring information into systems and databases.

  • Have experience working in a customer-facing administrative role.
  • Can prioritise workload effectively and work well under pressure as part of a team.
  • Possess advanced Microsoft Office skills.
