Premier in Oxford is seeking a highly organised General and E Learning Administrator to support ministry operations, coordinate information, maintain records, and assist cross‑functional projects.
You will work with digital systems to develop engaging e‑learning resources, learn new tools quickly, and provide reliable, accurate support to colleagues and students around the world.

Salary: Band H (£27,436 - £28,764)
Contract: Fixed term 3 years
Location: Oxford, Hybrid (60% office based)

To assist in this work, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive administrator who enjoys supporting people, managing a wide range of tasks, and ensuring that processes run smoothly. You will be someone who takes pride in delivering excellent administrative support, pays close attention to detail, and can manage competing priorities with confidence. Whether coordinating information, maintaining records, or supporting projects, you will bring a reliable and service‑minded approach to your work.
As this role includes responsibility for supporting and developing e‑learning content, we are seeking someone who is comfortable working with digital systems and has an interest in online learning. You do not need to be an instructional designer, but you should be confident learning new technology, following established templates, and helping to create engaging, accurate, and user‑friendly e‑learning resources.

The primary calling is to pioneer and nurture a nationally led student witness in every country of the world. The work of International Services is to support this frontline ministry.
