Brooklands Academy in Milton Keynes is recruiting an Administrator on a part-time basis. The role involves delivering high-quality administrative support to staff and students, with duties across reception, records, and IT tasks.

The post requires self-motivation, the ability to multitask and strong communication and organisational skills. 37 hours per week term time plus 3 weeks, with a half-hour unpaid break each day.

5 Dimensions Trust is currently advertising for the following exciting permanent opportunity to start at Brooklands Academy

Administrator

To commence ASAP

Permanent

Part-Time

Salary: Grade 4 £25,988-£27,254 pro rata, £23,708-£24,863 actual

37 hours per week, term time plus 3 weeks (41 weeks per year)

Mon - Thurs 8.30am - 4.30pm and Fri 8.30am - 4.00pm with a half hour unpaid break

As an integral member of the Brooklands Academy administration team, the post holder will be focused on providing high quality administrative support to staff and students. You will be Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and prioritise, the post holder will have exceptional communication, organisation, administrative and IT skills.
