Responsibilities
  • Manage daily tasks, update reports, handle calls and emails on their behalf
  • Answer front-line calls and queries, greet guests, offer refreshments, and liaise with external vendors for maintenance or supplies
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and events, prepare and decorate for occasions, and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Handle petty cash and credit card statements, process invoices, maintain filing systems, and update internal records/databases
  • Support internal quality checks and maintain accurate documentation
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry
  • A valid UK driving licence is essential
