We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the office and/or management team. The role is predominantly office based Monday to Thursday, with Friday working from home.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide general administrative and clerical support.
  2. Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
  3. Answer and direct phone calls and handle email correspondence.
  4. Prepare and edit documents such as reports and presentations.
  5. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  6. Order and manage office supplies inventory.
  7. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as needed.
  8. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and company documents.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
Qualifications:
  • GCSE Maths and English.
  • Proven administrative or office support experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with project management or CRM software is a plus.
