Job description

Rural Alliance Care Community Team is seeking an admin assistant to join their dedicated team. We are a professional yet friendly group committed to providing care and support to patients across Western Cheshire.

In this role, you will perform a variety of clerical tasks, including processing referrals, scanning, photocopying, uploading documents to electronic records, answering and redirecting phone calls, and arranging and documenting meetings.

You will have contact with patients, carers, families, and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a flexible 'can-do' attitude, and a professional, friendly manner.

This position offers 37.5 hours per week, working five days out of seven. The Trust supports the Real Living Wage (RLW) hourly rate as set by the Living Wage Federation and will provide a pay supplement if the national A4C hourly rate falls below this.

Responsibilities include:
  • Performing a full range of administrative and reception duties.
  • Maintaining effective communication with patients, carers, families, and professionals.
  • Using general office procedures and Microsoft Office packages; full training on CWP systems will be provided.
