Location: Holywood
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm | 37.5 hours per week

VANRATH is working alongside a reputable organisation based in Holywood to recruit a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Support Officer to join their growing team. This permanent role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy office environment and enjoys providing high-level support to multiple departments.
You will play a key role in supporting both the Social Care and wider Corporate Services teams by handling a range of administrative tasks. The role involves managing sensitive documentation, keeping records up to date, and providing assistance across various internal functions. This is a front-facing position that may also include reception duties as needed.
Deliver comprehensive administrative support across multiple teams
Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with internal policies
Process sensitive data with a high level of discretion and attention to detail
Draft and format correspondence and reports using Microsoft Office tools
Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate departments
Assist with reception cover, including welcoming visitors and managing sign-ins
Complete general office duties such as filing, scanning, and scheduling meetings
Support department managers with ongoing and adhoc administrative projects
Prior experience in an administrative or clerical position
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively and handle competing priorities
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
