About the Role

As an Admin Support team member, you will play a vital role in assisting our Tour Coordinators to ensure the smooth organisation of our trips. You'll provide essential administrative support that helps deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

Working closely with the Tour Coordinators, you'll handle a variety of tasks such as managing booking details, maintaining accurate records, preparing documentation, and liaising with suppliers. Your work behind the scenes will help ensure every trip runs smoothly and efficiently.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident using MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to support a busy team
  • An interest in travel and/or educational tours is a plus
  • Knowledge of a European language (French, Spanish, German, Italian) is an advantage, but not essential
