A recruitment agency is seeking an Administrative Support Assistant in Bristol. The role involves processing daily work tickets, performing quality checks, and managing subcontractor invoices.   • Generate self-bill invoices for subcontractors.
  • Follow up on outstanding tickets from subcontractors.
  • Process and approve credits and invoices.
  • Provide work completion reports.
  • Maintain and update the customer order database.

Skills

Strong attention to detail

Job Description:

Are you detail-oriented, organised, and looking for a new administrative challenge? We are recruiting for a client in need of a dedicated individual to join their Operations team.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the processing of daily work tickets, both digital and manual
  • Perform quality checks on entries within Weighsoft software (training provided)
  • Handle subcontractor queries, confirm with the operations manager, and re-issue POs as necessary
  • Generate self-bill invoices for subcontractors
  • Follow up on outstanding tickets from subcontractors
  • Process and approve credits and invoices held for credit requests
  • Provide work completion reports to the Operations and Sales teams
  • Maintain and update the customer order database

Skills Required:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent typing skills with high accuracy
  • Experience with Excel and an understanding of basic formulas
  • Familiarity with Sage is beneficial, but training will be provided
  • Reliability and ability to work under pressure
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when needed
