Administrative Support – 6 month Fixed Term Contract

Salary: £25,100

This is a great role for someone to play an essential part in supporting our team with the smooth delivery of data cleanse activities. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to make an impact.

A bit about the job:
Your primary focus will be to support the teams with data cleanse activities across a scope of data led tasks to ensure we are set up correctly for the future. This will include some investigation work to identify where we have missing information in our data.

You will provide comprehensive administrative support to selected teams or departments within the organisation, handle a wide range of administrative tasks and contribute to the smooth functioning of operations. You will assist the business leadership team in implementing controls of standard day to day procedures to enable the effective functioning of the team.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to investigate any errors and fact find correct solutions.

What you’ll get for this role:

  • Starting salary of £25,100 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
  • Bonus opportunity - 6% (A & B grade) of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
