?You: calm under pressure, suspiciously good at juggling calendars, and secretly thrilled by a well-organised spreadsheet.

?? Us: a small but mighty medicolegal team on a mission to bring clarity, care, and rigour to psychiatric reporting.

????Together? ? Unstoppable. ?

? We’re on the lookout for an admin whizz – someone who actually enjoys chasing deadlines, colour-coding to-do lists, and gently nudging things (and people) into order. That’s right – Kapadia Rose is recruiting!

About Us

We’re an award-winning, boutique medicolegal practice specialising in trauma-informed psychiatric reporting. Our mission is to deliver robust, evidence-based reports for personal injury, clinical negligence, and other specialist cases involving psychiatric injury. We work with personal injury and medical negligence solicitors across the UK, building strong relationships and delivering a great service.

We pride ourselves on a person-centred approach and a collaborative working style, always striving to understand the needs of everyone involved.

What We’re Looking For
  • Love bringing order to complexity – especially with documents, diaries, and communications.
  • Are calm, kind, and professional – even when things get a little chaotic.
  • Have great written and verbal communication skills and a quietly efficient way of getting things done.
  • Find real satisfaction in supporting others and making things work behind the scenes.
  • Might have experience in admin, legal, medical, or client-facing environments – but we’re open to a range of backgrounds.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Liaising with instructing parties to ensure smooth, clear, and compassionate communication.
  • Coordinating with our psychiatric experts to support timely delivery of reports.
  • Keeping our case records tidy and documentation on point.
  • Assisting with diary management and appointment scheduling.
  • Upholding our trauma-informed, values-led approach in all things admin.
What We Offer
  • A chance to join a forward-thinking, values-driven organisation.
  • A collaborative and genuinely supportive work environment.
  • Insight into the fascinating world where psychiatry and civil litigation meet.

Whether you're a recent graduate, or someone looking for a change of pace, we're open to applicants of all backgrounds and walks of life. If you’re organised, compassionate, flexible, and love bringing structure to busy environments, we’d love to hear from you.

?Based in Birmingham (B74), with home office-based working and some flexibility for hybrid arrangements.

?Minimum of 25 hours per week, with potential for up to full-time depending on your availability and fit.

? Please send your expression of interest, along with a CV, to Dr Emily-Rose Cluderay (PhD) at [emailprotected].
