£29,192 - £29,795 pro rata / £16.00 - £16.33 per hour (including Distant Islands Allowance)

UHI Orkney has a vacancy for the position of Short Course and Evening Class Administrator, to assist the Business Engagement Manager in the provision of an effective short course and evening class programme.

The role includes course marketing, liaising with local employers and students, and administration of bookings, materials and exams relevant to the courses in this area.

You should hold SCQF level 6 (i.e. SVQ 3/HNC) or equivalent level qualification in an
administration related subject or where essential qualification is not held a minimum of 3 years' experience of working in a relevant administrative role is required.

You should be able to travel efficiently and effectively between work locations within Orkney to meet the operational requirements of the Service.
