Administrative Officer

This is a fantastic part time opportunity working in the Endocrinology department supporting our MDT team with administration duties.

Our administration staff are the engine that keep our hospitals and services running smoothly and provide excellent business support to our staff and patients. If you're passionate about making a difference, have solid IT and organisational skills and an eye for detail, our admin role could be the job for you.

Main duties of the job

As an administrator you will complete a range of duties including helping keep records and data up-to-date , answering and transferring phone calls, creating patient letters and documents .

Some skills that will allow you to excel in this role include IT and communication skills, being highly organised , having attention to detail, and being confident working both independently and alongside others colleagues in a busy environment.
