Position: Admin Executive

Location: 2 Kaki Bukit Ave 1 Singapore (417938)

Location: Singapore

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am -5.30pm

Salary: Around $2,500/month (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities:

• Handle administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document processing

• Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and simple reports

• Assist in stock and order tracking (basic Excel)

• Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese to communicate and liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, Suppliers and customers, (a large portion are Chinese-speaking)

• Translate or draft simple business messages when needed

• Support sales and logistics teams when required

• Answer calls, manage office supplies and assist with day-to-day operations

Your Role:

* Handle general admin duties — data entry, filing, office coordination

* Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and basic reports

* Track orders and stock movement (basic Excel skills needed)

* Liaise with suppliers and customers (some Chinese-speaking)

* Support sales and logistics teams when needed

* Manage calls, office supplies, and day-to-day operations

* Use digital tools and AI platforms for efficiency (we love working smart!)

You’re A Good Fit If You:

* Speak and write English & Chinese fluently (to liaise with large portion of Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, suppliers & customers)

* Have strong communication and coordination skills

* Are confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, and cloud-based tools

* Can work independently and take initiative

* Have prior admin experience (preferred)
