Job Overview:

As an Administrative Coordinator at Silverpush, you will play a vital role in supporting both the Sales and Client Success teams to ensure clients achieve their goals with our contextual advertising technology. You’ll be responsible for developing contextual media plans for RFPs and bookings, while also assisting with campaign coordination, data requests, and reporting to help drive client satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building bespoke contextual plans in response to client briefs, supporting the Europe sales team in creating high-quality proposals.
  • Collaborating with Sales Reps to understand campaign objectives and recommend contextual targeting strategies.
  • Providing French-language support to the French sales team, including campaign coordination, reporting, and communication with local clients.
  • Assisting the CS team with client briefs by gathering relevant information and clarifying campaign objectives to ensure accurate campaign planning.
  • Contributing to campaign reporting, summarising performance metrics, key insights, and recommendations for future improvements.

What You Bring

  • Fluent in French (written and spoken) - essential for supporting internal and external French-speaking teams. If you speak other languages too, that’s a great bonus!
  • Excellent organisational abilities to support multiple campaigns and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and thorough, ensuring data is entered accurately and quickly.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information clearly.
  • Highly motivated team player.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
