Administrative Support Specialist
Location: Just 20 minutes from Belfast City Centre
Type: Full-Time

Role

We're looking for a highly organised administrative support specialist to provide vital support across sales, hire, and internal operations. You will ensure smooth day-to-day coordination, manage communications, and keep systems and schedules running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal databases
  • Organise meetings and coordinate departmental logistics
  • Handle hire enquiries (Thurs & Fri) and sales support (afternoons, Mon-Thurs)
  • Manage calls, emails, and quotations professionally
  • Track project timelines and support key deadlines
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and suppliers
  • Order stock and equipment as needed
  • Prepare weekly reports and support with meeting documentation
  • Carry out general admin tasks as required
