Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Coordinator to become a pivotal part of our Immunology Team within the UK/NL Cluster. As a key contributor, you will provide essential support to the General Manager of the International Region, ensuring seamless operations and innovative problem-solving. This role offers a unique opportunity for growth and meaningful impact, where your contributions will directly support our team’s success across the UK and NL. This is a 12-month contract role.

A Typical Day:
  • Manage logistics and anticipate needs for leaders and teams.

  • Coordinate diary management and purchase orders efficiently.

  • Use Concur, MarkView, and Oracle for requisitions and expenses.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain confidentiality.

  • Organize travel, meetings, and maintain department contact lists.

Fluency in the local language and business-level English proficiency are required. Preferred candidates will have experience with systems such as Cvent, iCertis, and Zycus. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
