We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Coordinator to become a pivotal part of our Immunology Team within the UK/NL Cluster. As a key contributor, you will provide essential support to the General Manager of the International Region, ensuring seamless operations and innovative problem-solving. This role offers a unique opportunity for growth and meaningful impact, where your contributions will directly support our team’s success across the UK and NL. This is a 12-month contract role.

A Typical Day:

  1. Manage logistics and anticipate needs for leaders and teams.
  2. Coordinate diary management and purchase orders efficiently.
  3. Use Concur, MarkView, and Oracle for requisitions and expenses.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain confidentiality.
  5. Organize travel, meetings, and maintain department contact lists.

To be considered, candidates must have 5+ years of administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Fluency in the local language and business-level English proficiency are required. Preferred candidates will have experience with systems such as cvent, iCertis, and Zycus. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
