Job description

Minimum qualifications:
  • 3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment managing core tasks such as travel, expense reports, calendar management, and facilities coordination.
  • Experience supporting executives directly, along with project management or event planning skills.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and pay excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to learn new skills, combined with creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive in proposing solutions and identifying opportunities using critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative tasks for multiple Directors and offices, including managing calendars, booking travel, and scheduling facilities and equipment.
  • Enhance operational efficiency and responsiveness, and help develop new operational strategies.
  • Plan and execute events such as All Hands meetings, offsites, and leadership gatherings, including content coordination and organizing engaging activities.
  • Coordinate duties across multiple office locations.
  • Manage expense submissions for senior leadership, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reimbursement.
