There is a temporary top-up for Bands 2 and 3 to reflect the incorporation of the top-up to the living wage of £12.60 per hour (£24,638 per annum). This top-up will be in place until the 2025/26 annual pay uplift is confirmed.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Bladder and Bowel Nurse Service to deliver fundamental, timely care. You must have excellent communication and organisational skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Using your own initiative and working as part of a team are essential. An excellent telephone manner is vital, as the post involves direct contact with patients, health professionals, and third-party suppliers in line with operational practices. Embracing change and a commitment to best practice are also required.
Knowledge of Myrddin and Clinical Workstation is desirable, but training will be provided.
