Twerton Nursery & Infant School is seeking a part-time, fixed-term role to support pupils across the Early Years and Key Stage 1. The post involves morning sessions from 8:30am to 12:00pm on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, with a possible extension of 4 hours on Monday and Tuesday mornings from 8:30am to 10:30am.

Twerton Nursery & Infant School is a 2-form entry infant school with an onsite Nursery for 2- and 3-year-olds. We are an LA Maintained School, and we work closely with 3 other Maintained primary schools, in BANES, within the South Gloucester Learning Alliance, which provides wide-ranging support and CPD. The school has a long-established reputation for being both inclusive and responsive to children’s individual needs.

This is a Fixed-Term position working on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings, from 8:30am to 12:00pm (noon). There is the option of a further 4 hours being Monday and Tuesday mornings from 8:30am to 10:30am. It is very likely that the post will continue, however it will be subject to a review in May 2027.
