A local authority in Scotland is seeking an Administrative Assistant (Technical) to assist in maintaining stock condition data and processing technical information related to housing services. This role offers a hybrid work style, allowing flexibility in working from home and the office. Candidates should be able to become a member of the PVG Scheme. This is a temporary position for up to 12 months with a supportive team environment.
Based at Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar.

You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from home for part of your week and spend some time in council buildings to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.
As Administrative Assistant (Technical) you will provide assistance in maintaining stock condition data of our council housing stock and our stock improvement programme.
Duties will include processing technical information related to the housing service, running statistical and performance management reports, ensuring our housing management systems are kept up-to-date with SHQS and EESSH compliance information.
Our aim is to provide delivery of service efficiently and cost effectively to produce a well designed end product that promotes Angus as a great place for people to live, work and visit. You will be joining a friendly motivated team with a broad range of experience and skillsets who will be supportive of your new role.

This job is temporary for up to 12 months from date of appointment.
