Administration Assistant (Statutory Framework) (18/861)

£13,383 - £14,209.50

This is an 18 hour, permanent post based in the West of the region within the Statutory Framework Team in which you will be responsible for ensuring that the administration processes for Fostering, Kinship & Permanence, Looked After Children Reviews and Child Protection meetings are carried out to the highest standard.

This post will involve working as a team with other Admin Assistants including assisting with Adult Support & Protection and Mental Health administration processes when required and providing cover across the region either remotely or travelling to other locations. This post may also require, on occasions, for you to work out with normal working hours, e.g. beyond 5pm.

An SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent along with a high level of computer, typing and minute taking skills are requirements for the post. You will have substantial office experience (5 Years), interpersonal, organisational and leadership skills, along with the ability to work to tight timescales whilst under pressure is required.

A current driving licence is an essential requirement of this post. However, if you have a disability which precludes you from holding a driving licence consideration will be given if alternative transport can be arranged.
