Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator / Sales & Admin Coordinator / Inside Sales / Sales Coordinator provide administrative support for customer orders. To prepare PO, DO, quotation & technical support for customers’ requirements. Liaise with operation/ sales team for daily smooth operations. Manage all delivery and collection for customers. Any other administrative work or ad-hoc assigned by manager

What Will You Do

  • Provide administrative support for customer orders
  • To prepare PO, DO, quotation & technical support for customers’ requirements
  • Liaise with operation/ sales team for daily smooth operations
  • Manage all delivery and collection for customers
  • Liaise with freight forwarding for shipment schedule
  • Any other administrative work assigned by manager

What Do We Want

  • · At least ‘O’/ ‘A’ levels or diploma in Biotechnology or Business Administration Diploma or Electronic or equivalent
  • · Min 1-2 years working experiences in prepare PO & DO for customers
